Usually it has to be delivered with in 7 Working days. Due to some reasons it was happen and no explanation from Customer care every time I make a call they raise a ticket and action will be taken in 7 working days.
After 7 working days I made another call and one more 7 working days Again I made a Call this time I raise my voice and transfers my call to Manger of the department explained my experience then next Three days I received the product.
